Our Initiatives
At ManipalCigna we believe ‘Health hai toh Life hai’ and being part of Vasai Virar Mayors Marathon as an associated partner is the perfect way for us to celebrate the sport and the Health and Wellness benefits that it brings to our community. Our very own people at ManipalCigna are now embracing the running culture. We are now seeing many more of our people running marathons and reaping the benefits of good health.
At ManipalCigna, we believe well-being is a goal we can all aspire to and attain. With that in mind, our annual 360° Well-being Survey monitors and tracks the evolution of well-being across India to provide statistically significant findings to the general population. The survey looks at five key components - physical, financial, work health, family health and social health and our goal through this study is to proactively help people solve the challenges raised in the survey
ManipalCigna fitness League is a great reminder of how important regular physical activity is to our total health, benefiting our bodies – and our minds. Every year for one month all our staff members roll up their sleeves and get their hands-on with the challenge with various learning activities around the importance of healthy habits.
