Health insurer ManipalCigna and IIFL Wealth Finance on Thursday launched a global health group policy with a sum insured of $2,500,000 (Rs 17.9 crore) per person for high networth individuals. IIFL Wealth Finance is a unit of IIFL Wealth Management with assets under management of $24 billion. To start with, this group policy is being launched for the clients of IIFL Wealth Management.
The policy offers cashless facility at hospital networks across the world, including international emergency evacuation and medical repatriation. The cover would include cost of outpatient care like consultations, prescribed drugs, diagnostics and wellness programmes. It would also provide for treatment of AIDS/ HIV, dental & vision, travel vaccination, health appliances with multiple deductible options.
