While buying a new policy, you simply have to submit the e-Insurance Account (eIA) application form along with the new business application form. Please go through the guidelines before you fill the application form of the chosen insurance repository.

As per your discretion, you can opt for one among the repositories –KARVY and CAMS

Existing Policy holders

If you’re an existing policyholder and you do not have an e-Insurance Account (eIA), you can write to us at customercare@manipalcigna.com from your registered email ID.

In case you already have an eIA, you can write to us at customercare@manipalcigna.com from your registered email ID mentioning your policy details and eIA number.

You can opt for any one of the following repositories: KARVY or CAMS.
