ManipalCigna Health Insurance appoints Ms Richa Chatterjee as Chief Human Resources Officer
Mumbai, 10th September, 2024 – ManipalCigna Health Insurance, one of India’s fastest-growing standalone health insurance company announced the appointment of Ms Richa Chatterjee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective 2nd September 2024. With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Richa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives.
In her new role at ManipalCigna, Richa will be responsible for overseeing the company's HR strategies, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Her responsibilities will include driving ManipalCigna’ people agenda, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity, and aligning HR practices to drive organizational growth.

Prior to joining, ManipalCigna, Richa held the role of CHRO and President at Indian Infoline Group, where she steered the organization through effective Talent Management, Business Partnering, Organization Effectiveness initiatives and HR transformation projects. Earlier in her career, Richa has worked in various capacities within the HR domain with organizations like Network18, The Boston Consulting Group (India) and Tata Motors.
