Classic: This package provides access to certain network hospitals. Treatments at Premier hospitals will attract a 10% co-payment and at Premier Plus hospitals a 25% co-payment.

Premier: This package provides access to certain more hospitals in addition to Classic package. Treatment at a Premier Plus hospital will attract a 25% co-payment. Premier Plus: This package provides access to all network & non-network hospitals, except a few unrecognised hospitals.

Note:

1. All non-network Hospitals (other than forming part of Premier package) fall under Premier Plus package.

2. Treatment under Unrecognised Hospitals shall not be covered. For list of such hospitals, Click Here

3. Hospitals falling under different packages are subject to periodic revisions. Please refer to the latest published details before seeking treatment.

For Policies purchased or renewed on or after 22 December 2025: Cashless services will be managed directly by ManipalCigna. While searching for network hospitals, please select “ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd.”

For Policies purchased or renewed before 22 December 2025: Cashless services will be managed by the respective TPA. Please select the relevant TPA from the drop-down option while searching for network hospitals.
