ManipalCigna Health Insurance Plans to appoint over 10,000 advisors across South India by 2025

  • The company expands distribution outreach through its advisor recruitment program in Cochin

 

Kochi, February 4th, 2025 – ManipalCigna Health Insurance successfully accelerated its distribution outreach in Kerala with the goal of ‘ empowerment through education and training ’. This outreach aims to appoint 10,000 advisors across the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka by 2025.

 

Led by Sapna Desai, Chief Marketing Officer and Dharvez Mohamed, Zonal Head - South, ManipalCigna Health Insurance, the outreach aimed to offer an end-to-end training, support and certification designed to educate, train and empower individuals to become health insurance advisors. The outreach equipped the attendees with training pertaining to the various aspects of health insurance, including comprehensive product knowledge, effective sales strategies and communication techniques to enhance their customer service skills.

 

The growing health insurance sector offers a wealth of opportunities for individuals who are looking to kickstart their careers as health insurance experts. The advisor recruitment outreach enables individuals to start their entrepreneurial journey through the comprehensive training session.

 

The previous editions of the company’s outreach efforts focused on encouraging women to kickstart/restart their career by becoming health insurance advisors, through the Nayi Shuruaat Expert ke Saath initiative.
